Payment & Billing
All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Qatari Riyals (QAR) as specified in the invoice. Payment is required in full prior to service activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Refund Policy:
- All payments made to Hinology Technology Consulting LLC are non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees, setup fees, or service-based charges.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges. We reserve the right to change pricing upon renewal or with 30 days’ notice.

Intellectual Property
All software, content, systems, and materials provided by Hinology remain the sole intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business operations during the subscription period.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential information exchanged and not to disclose it to third parties unless legally required or with written consent.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services immediately for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel your subscription with written notice according to your SLA.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hinology Technology Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the State of Qatar, depending on jurisdiction. Legal actions may be filed in courts located in Dover, Delaware or Doha, Qatar.

Government and Third-Party Rejection Clause
Once your application is submitted, we are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or denials by U.S. government authorities or any third-party service providers involved in the company formation process. This includes, but is not limited to, the IRS, Secretary of State, banking partners, or business platforms.If your application is rejected for any reason beyond our control, no refunds will be issued.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
